RT @KaterynaLis: ⚡️‼️BREAKING: Secretary @SecRubio just now:
"It isn’t just my personal view — this has probably been the most productive and meaningful meeting we’ve had so far in this entire process since we became involved. From the start, we had a solid work product built on input from all relevant parties, and today we were able to go through many of those items point by point. I believe we made real progress.
Our teams have now gone back to their rooms to work through the questions presented to us. We’re making some changes and adjustments in hopes of further narrowing the differences and getting closer to an outcome that both Ukraine and the United States can be comfortable with.
Of course, any final agreement will ultimately need to be approved by our presidents. But I feel confident about that happening, given the progress made so far. Then there is the Russian side of the equation — but based on the insights we’ve gathered over the last nine...

@WarMonitor3: Why have this peace proposal? Does anyone think Russia will agree to it? Russia would rather wait another 6 months and take another 4,000km2 of Ukraine instead
You can’t have peace when one side does not want peace. This administration is in dreamland thinking Russia wants peace

RT @ZelenskyyUa: I spoke with the President of France @EmmanuelMacron. Our teams in Geneva are working with partners, and it is very important that there is a practical result and that it brings Ukraine and all of Europe closer to reliable peace and security. We are coordinating our positions, and it is important that there is dialogue, that diplomacy has been reinvigorated. We count on our partners to hear our arguments. The leadership of the United States is important, we are grateful for everything that America and President Trump are doing for security, and we keep working as constructively as possible. We expect new reports from our teams in Switzerland. Thank you, Emmanuel!

RT @KaterynaLis: ⚡️‼️BREAKING: Andrii Yermak, Head of the Ukrainian Delegation to Geneva:
“We have just completed a very productive first session with our distinguished American colleagues. I can confirm that we have made real progress, and we are moving forward toward the just and lasting peace that the Ukrainian people both deserve and deeply desire. No one on this planet wants peace more than Ukrainians.
We thank our great friends — the United States, President Trump personally, and his team — for their commitment to helping achieve this peace. As Secretary Marc Rubio stated, our teams will continue working today and in the coming days to refine and align our proposals. We will also engage closely with our European partners.
Ultimately, the final decisions will be made by our leaders — the Presidents of the United States and Ukraine. And I remain hopeful that we will achieve meaningful progress.”
