The flag on the left looks like the Royal Norwegian Navy and State flag of the period, on the right we have the normal period Norwegian flag.

Together with the US flags, this makes me think this is related to an official event, trip or visit of some kind but what I do not know.

A US official told CBS News on Tuesday that the Ukrainian side had "agreed to a peace deal."

"There are some minor details to be sorted out but they have agreed to a peace deal," the official said.

A US official also told CBS News that Russian President Putin seems to believe that he will take the Donetsk Oblast of Ukraine one way or the other - either through a negotiated settlement or on the battlefield. The Trump administration's negotiations in Geneva began from the premise that "Putin is correct."

In 1870, Swedish embassies, consulates and Foreign Ministry represented Norway abroad.
