🗣️ The United States has provided Russia with the details of the plan agreed upon with Kyiv in Geneva - they will be discussed next week;
🗣️ Who should recognize the territorial realities between Russia and Ukraine will be determined during negotiations;
🗣️ Russia does not want to discuss the war settlement in a public, "on-the-air" format.
