We are one verge of, if not already in, a new phase of the Black Sea naval war.

While I can see possible rationales behind yesterday's events, this new phase brings with it risks too.
Worst case there are no winners, only losers, though the effects won't necessarily bite in an equal manner, and it will add unpredictability too.
