The Shahed / Geran OWA UAVs used to strike Vyshgorod with cluster munitions. One of them struck a building but did not detonate, leaving behind 21 cluster munitions and the main warhead. The munitions were removed by a ground drone from Ukraine's State Emergency Service. The Ukrainian Sunflower Telegram channel says these Shaheds drop the cluster munitions first before circling back to strike their targets.
