Rybar says that Gambia-flagged DASHAN tanker came under attack of Ukrainian unmanned surface vessels (USVs) in the Black Sea waters a few hours ago.
The vessel belongs to Russia's "Shadow Fleet" and is used for transporting Russian oil.
That would be the fourth attack on a vessel operating in Russian interests in around two weeks.
More details likely to follow.

Video from an SBU source purports to show the oil tanker "Dashan" being hit by the attack drone and explosions in the stern area. "The vessel, flying the flag of the Comoros, was moving in the exclusive economic zone of Ukraine towards the Novorossiysk port terminal. It was moving at maximum speed with its transponder turned off."
The SBU says the tanker "suffered critical damage."
The attack was a joint operation with the Ukrainian Navy.
