Since the beginning of mobilization, more than a thousand Russian soldiers have been accused or convicted of murder or causing fatal injuries to Russian citizens. These crimes were either committed in their home regions when on leave or in border areas where they are posted. When convicted, the soldiers are simply sent back to the war instead of serving prison sentences.

RT @Archer83Able: Rybar says that Gambia-flagged DASHAN tanker came under attack of Ukrainian unmanned surface vessels (USVs) in the Black Sea waters a few hours ago.
The vessel belongs to Russia's "Shadow Fleet" and is used for transporting Russian oil.
That would be the fourth attack on a vessel operating in Russian interests in around two weeks.
More details likely to follow.
