The reason for the numerous visits to the personal account of the Ministry of Defense today is that the mobilized, at least in our regiment, were puzzled to find a delay in the payment of 158K from the President's Fund.

Usually, it's the other way around: the 158K comes first, and then the Ministry of Defense salary. This time, only the bare salary came, without the bonus for unused days off for many. Also, the 158K is shown in the payslip as accrued, but in the "debt" section (of the employer).
