🇺🇸🇰🇷 The US State Department has approved a possible Foreign military sale to South Korea of 1011 GBU-39/B Small Diameter Bombs (SDB-I), plus associated equipment and services for an estimated cost of $111.8 million.
SDB I unit cost is ~$50,000.
The prime contractor would be @BoeingDefense.
"The denoscription and dollar value are for the highest estimated quantity and dollar value based on initial requirements. Actual dollar value will be lower depending on final requirements, budget authority, and signed sales agreement(s), if and when concluded."
