@Shivak03: This means that there likely is a new emitter, could be a radar but also something else, that has started transmitting in that frequency range.
High res SAR sat's use different frequency bands so it is highly unlikely to affect them, if that was what you were thinking about.

There is confirmation of the first attempts to blind ru worms FPV drones by installing small infrared spotlights on Ukrainian drones, which emit a bright directed beam of light into the drone's camera.

RT @ChristopherJM: Merz: “I got the firm impression from this telephone conversation with President Trump yesterday that he is ready to go down this path with us, because he knows that Europeans must also be heard here.”
Trump yesterday said he had “pretty strong words” and “little disputes” with the three European leaders on the call.

German Chancellor Friedrich Merz has urged Donald Trump not to pursue a Ukraine peace deal “above Europe’s head”, as he offered to host talks with Washington on potential territorial concessions to Russia to secure a ceasefire.

Denmark will procure new air surveillance radars from Lockheed Martin for the Faeroes, Skagen and Bornholm. The type isn't specified.
Norway chose the TPY-4 to upgrade existing- and for new radar sites, with the first new radars being installed now, project completed in 2030.

Det bliver amerikanske Lockheed Martin, der skal levere luftvarslingsradarer i Danmark og på Færøerne. Det har en enig forligskreds besluttet efter militærfaglig indstilling fra forsvarschefen.

@giammaiot2: Thanks. I had noted the Olenegorsk interference, not the one further north earlier this year.
Interference was also present at Novaya Zemlya during the Burevestnik test season.

🇺🇸🇬🇧 The UK's National Audit Office recommended, and (per Aviation Week) the upcoming Defense Investment Plan will fund the procurement of GBU-53/B StormBreaker (Small Diameter Bomb II) for this reason.
Spear 3 is very comparable to SDB II, whereas SDB I would provide significantly less capability.
They are priced accordingly, with SDB I at ~$50,000 and SDB II at ~$220,000. https://twitter.com/rosenthal_jon/status/1998910715143532610#m

Black Sea thoughts:
The Russians have yet to respond to the Ukrainian USV attacks on tankers.
I think the reason why is mainly political. It would be a significant decision starting a campaign against shipping from Ukrainian ports.

The war has shown us that the Russian leadership and Putin, this will be his decision, tend to delay making such uncomfortable ones for as long as possible.
A Russian campaign against shipping will affect not only Ukraine but neutral countries, markets and also the region.

While they have become a lot better at countering USVs in coastal areas, the Russians are also highly likely aware that there is little that they can do defensively to protect all the traffic going their ports, across the entire Black Sea.

When it comes to capabilities, the Russians have them without needing to risk the surface fleet:
Aviation, coastal missile units, OWA-UAVs, their own burgeoning USV capabilities and perhaps even the Kilo's.

Sinking or hitting everything isn't required to have a significant impact on shipping to/from Ukraine and thus the Ukrainian export economy.
At some point, the actual risk to ships and crews, and rising insurance premiums would likely be what reduces or halts this traffic.

The same mechanisms partly apply to traffic to Russia too with the exception of the shadow fleet.
A situation where both sides run dedicated campaigns will likely lead to a race to the bottom, with no winners, and this likely contribute delayed Russian decision-making.
