It raises some valid points, but mostly it re-affirms what users of Oracle Exadata Cloud@Customer already know: Cloud@Customer is a better model than pure cloud for addressing the Cloud requirements of Financial Services companies.

In this release of Oracle Graph Server and Client, we have made updates that align PGQL with the SQL/PGQ standard. With these updates, anyone familiar with SQL can easily write more intricate graph queries than ever before. Additionally, Graph Server (PGX) now supports a graph loading progress reporting API, subgraph loading enhancements, and synchronization for published graphs.
