Ensure system performance, high availability, and fault tolerance for high-traffic workloads
Integrate and maintain message brokers (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ, NATS)
Develop clean, testable, and maintainable code following best practices
Collaborate with DevOps for CI/CD, containerization (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes)
Work closely with product and front-end teams to deliver reliable APIs and features

Required Skills & Qualifications

3+ years of professional backend development experience
Strong hands-on experience with NestJS and Node.js
Proven background building microservice architectures
Experience with real-time systems, preferably Socket.IO or native WebSockets
Deep understanding of REST, GraphQL, and API design principles
Hands-on experience with message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar)
Strong experience with SQL or NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, etc.)
Knowledge of scaling high-demand systems and performance optimization
Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud services (AWS/GCP/Azure)
Experience with unit/integration testing using Jest or similar tools

Job type is Hybrid
The crazy part about job posts is that, don't fully expect the list of tasks that are listed in the Job post, bec the guy who used to generate that doesn't even know it....
Its Generated using Ai, and besides that they don't even read it that's why they would miss such stuff.

So when you communicate with any client just make sure focus on the final product, not the process!

Currently i run the same prompt for creating a pipeline that is near real time refresh using Airbyte that uses Clickhouse database for Analytics...

I used Cluade Opus 4.5 in Claude code, and Cluade Opus 4.5 in Github Copilot.

For the same result the Token in the Cluade code was too much...
Github Copilot was great in Token usage.

One advantage of cluade more than Copilot is, Cluade code does more internet research and can give you more context and more recommendations... very good for planning

For execution phase Use Github Copilot, almost the same in coding and in reasoning as well.

The same AI model with the same benchmark performs differently when optimized for Building and IDE!
