i have some data that the Gov started the 5 M coders Initiative bec we wont have much people in our country that are well educated enought to do the JOB.
there are a lot of Remote Jobs and if you are sufficient enough you can get into the role easily... checking what is trending and being upto date really helps in here

so the main reason people feel like that is they dont start small and they start from the biggest thing.
like seriously Research is all good but if you can't do the basics you can't even understand what you are reading, so maybe chill out and start small... and grow from there....

Well its not understanding the deep statistical analysis that is crazy, converting those into certain algorithms and trying to test those implementation is the hardest part...
The easiest thing to do is to convert those easy and simple stat models into algorithms and from there go to the complex ones later on
