This is one of the best amber necklaces I've had in over 7 years of selling amber in Canada, I typically have 3 booths in every gem show on the west coast of Canada with amber from all over the world. We are heading to the mines now to see what we can find. We buy the amber from a Native tribe, that makes these necklaces, and jewelry by hand. There are only a small number of families that make the majority of the mexician amber. To find a bigger round amber necklace like this one is pretty rare. I may only find 1 to 3 when I go all the way there from Canada or in this case 30 hours drive there and back to buy amber. Amber is magical, it is fossilized tree resin, reaching over 39 million years old, this is ancient sunshine frozen in time, here to protect us during these times. That's why David Avocado Wolfe wears it every day. The lucky amber vibrates to number 3.
