some update I haven't shared so far:

We got the chance to participate in YQuantum Hackathon(https://yquantum.info/) as inperson participant organized by Yale University. The organizers were absolute gems so helpful however It was a bit hard to get appointment for visa this fast(from march - april). This was supposed to happen this weekend. yeah atleast we got in this time:))

in a queue for almost an hour for a task that would take 1ms had me asking "what would a patient person do"....the answer is to go get food

(very productive indeed)

this is how it ended....we got in 75th place out of 1600 registered participants

The other thing is only around 6 people solved more than 3 problems.

Overall it was really fun. I got to learn how to work with circuit that are in qasm format and use qiskit to analyze them. Plus I got to run it on a real quantum device by Rigetti.

this is giving that one episode from the big bang theory
