James Comey Evades Epstein Testimony & His Arraignment Has Been Moved Up A Day Before Hillary Clinton’s Scheduled Testimony On Epstein!

James Comey will not testify as part of the Republican investigation into Jeffrey Epstein. He was scheduled to be deposed today by the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee as part of the panel’s ongoing probe into Epstein.

In lieu of testifying Comey sent a letter stating: “At no time during my service at the Department of Justice or the FBI do I recall any information or conversations that related to Jeffrey Epstein or Ghislaine Maxwell.”

Translation: He’s FOS!

The letter is subject to a provision of federal law that makes it a crime — punishable by prison time — to give false statements to agents of the government. Rep. James Comer accepted Comey’s statement and withdrew the subpoena demanding his testimony.

Also, Comey’s arraignment has been moved up to Wednesday morning, Oct. 8, in Alexandria, Virginia. The hearing was originally scheduled for Thursday, Oct. 9.

What’s still significantly scheduled for Oct. 9 as of now is Hillary Clinton’s testimony at Congress on Epstein.
