One: President Trump is about to reassert a Federal authority concerning pardons that existed prior to Lincoln. Just like ‘a previous court’ was wrong about Roe vs Wade, the states have been wrong for 150 years on presidential pardon authority. That is about to be challenged hard and Trump will easily win just like he did when Colorado courts unanimously worked to remove him from the ballot and the Supreme Court unanimously trounced the Colorado courts and put Trump on the ballot.

Two: The Clerk manages, collects, tabulates, reports, protects election data for the US House of Representatives under Federal authority. This has been forgotten and over-written over time; it is about to be revisited.

Three: Trump is going to declare a national emergency concerning elections. When he does, he will also exercise authority over every aspect of the election process and no court will have authority to challenge his actions within the context of that National Emergency.
Dark to light. At that moment he can/will take physical custody of Tina as an expert and can even make her an election czar when her health is stabilized!

Here are the FACTS about TRUMP and EPSTEIN'S ISLAND:

TRUMP never flew on the Lolita Express and NEVER went to Little St. Jame Island because Epstein didn't buy the island until 1998 for $7.95 million.

All of Trump's trips were on different aircraft of Epsteins between the years 1993 and 1997, before Epstein even owned the island.

Epstein's own pilot even confirmed Trump never flew to the island.

Epstein owned 5 different aircraft over a period of time, and Trump flew a total of 7 times on different aircraft from Florida to NY/NJ between the years 1993 and 1997.

These trips included family, Epstein, Epstein's brother, etc. No underage girls or other women were ever reported by the flight logs or the people who flew with them.

President Trump is going to, as I told your audience the other day, he's going to declare a national emergency regarding elections. Similar to—think of what happened when you declared a national emergency regarding COVID. Then within a day or two, he might even do it at the same time, but don't think so. It'll delay by a day or two. He's going to issue an executive order. He's referenced it already and said, yeah, I've got one. I'm going to sign it. The attorneys are working away on it. There was one that was written up as a proposed executive order before he was elected in the office. I saw it. I thought it was inadequate to the task. And so asked a team of folks within our coalition that have subject matter expertise to put something together. They put together an amazing 17-page proposed executive order that's been on the president's desk for about six months. And as we understand it, he's going to use it. The legal team is going to use—you know, I've heard 80-90% of what they want. Change a little wording, something else here. There—we'll see what comes out, but he's going to sign that after he declares a national election emergency. And then, without an executive order on how we're gonna conduct 2026-2028 elections. And it's going to be stunning. It's gonna be the most important thing he does in all of his service and public office. This is the hinge moment. For that reason, I think he's going to sign somewhere right around the winter solstice—dark to light at this darkest moment. Everything starts coming light by way, even a rest. When we're in that national election emergency, instead of all of the dithering in the courts around the country and really obstructionist activity, delaying activity, in that environment things will move lightning fast.
