Stocks are sliding Tuesday after consumer inflation data came in hotter than expected. The Dow was down 700 points.
The 10-year Treasury yield rose to 4.285%.
The consumer price index climbed 3.1% year over year in January, according to data released Tuesday by the Bureau of Labor Statistics. That is down from the 3.4% pace set in December, which was a slight reacceleration from the previous month.

"Trading on the derivatives market have been suspended from 09:30:00 [a.m. Moscow time]. The time to restart trading will be communicated further," the exchange said.
Reasons of suspension are not reported.
