CONTROL YOUR TEMPER (Anger)
There once was a little boy who had a very bad temper. His father decided to hand him a bag of nails and said that every time the boy lost his temper, he had to hammer a nail into the fence.
On the first day, the boy hammered 37 nails into that fence.
The boy gradually began to control his temper over the next few weeks, and the number of nails he was hammering into the fence slowly decreased.
He discovered it was easier to control his temper than to hammer those nails into the fence.
Finally, the day came when the boy didn’t lose his temper at all. He told his father the news and the father suggested that the boy should now pull out a nail every day he kept his temper under control.
The days passed and the young boy was finally able to tell his father that all the nails were gone. The father took his son by the hand and led him to the fence.
“you have done well, my son, but look at the holes in the fence. The fence will never be the same. When you say things in anger, they leave a scar just like this one. You can put a knife in a man and draw it out. It won’t matter how many times you say I’m sorry, the wound is still there.”
Moral of the story:
Control your anger, and don’t say things to people in the heat of the moment, that you may later regret. Some things in life, you are unable to take back.

Conscious, healthy relationships aren't perfect conflict free relationships. They are relationships with actual humans making mistakes, triggering each other, and disagreements. But also with the self awareness, empathy, & communication skills to work through it and grow closer.
Even the best relationships can feel like hard work at times. That even the most Conscious couples still have conflict, and that old wounds and fears can come up for new layers of healing, even long after the work has been
"done". No relationship is perfect.
Even the strongest and most conscious relationships
come with challenges - sometimes even more at times
because we've consciously agreed to face into our
shadows together.
At times, relationships can feel like hard work. Nothing
is perfect and nobody on the planet is going to be able
to meet all of our needs 100% of the time.
With mutual admiration, trust, commitment and love - we are invited to move deeper into the relationship with
ourselves. Have a good day !

When is it time to walk away
What do you do when everything you thought you knew gets turned upside down. The love you put so much trust in gets questioned , the right person for you falls deep in a hole of doubt with no way out. What happens when someone else comes into your life and shows you all the ways you could be loved and all the ways you aren’t. When they give up their days trying to make you smile, when they quietly listen as you cry over the phone? Do you walk away and give it all up in hopes of sunnier day? Craving the comfort that comes with the new? With the person who showed you what it could be like? Or do you fall heavy with the promises you’ve made and anchor down with the chains you yourself shackled to your ankles. It seems so easy doesn’t it? Then why does it feel like there’s a brick on your heart , brick laced with confusion and hurt, with fear and endless doubt?

No amount of reading or memorizing will make you successful in life. It is the understanding and application of wise thought that counts.

When I was young, I had a very clear point of view on things in life, on moral questions. There was a black and white viewpoint on my world. As I've gotten older, I see the grey areas appear.

APPRECIATE YOUR LIFE
Dictionary says that the meaning of appreciate is “to be grateful or thankful for”. My reasoning for starting with this word is quite intentional because I believe the lack of appreciation, specifically for the life we have, is the root cause of so many of the issues we experience. While some of these issues may be real, I think most of them aren’t really problems at all – we just blow them out of proportion. However, even for those of us going through truly difficult times, I firmly believe that there is still something we can be grateful for.
Appreciate the sun.
Appreciate the rain.
Appreciate that you opened your eyes this morning.
Appreciate the clothes on your back.
Appreciate the roof over your head.
Appreciate the impact that you’ve had on someone else’s life.
Appreciate your life!
The things that we are grateful for don’t to be big; in fact, it’s appreciation for the little things that can bring the most meaning into our lives.

THE ONE WITH YOUR SELF !
“It came gradually. Realizing there’s no one more important of deserving my love than me, in the first place. I am my person, my body, my soul. Shine helped me with realizing the importance.”
Loving myself makes everyone around me more valuable because I recognize the worth of my own efforts, trials, achievements, and appreciate my efforts to fight for myself and be a better whole being. I’m no longer divided by comparisons because I always choose me.”
“After going through a big disappointment in life that brought me to the verge of collapsing physically and mentally, I understood that everything can be overcome if you manage to put yourself first from time to time.”
“After trying meditation for the first time during one of my busiest semesters of undergrad, I realized the importance of stopping to take a moment to check in with myself. Self-care through meditation and mindfulness for me is a reflection of self-love.”
“As I got older, I found myself comparing myself more and more to others and focusing on my ‘imperfections.’ I realized self-love is an exercise and something I have to work on every day. It has improved my quality of life, but like I said it’s an exercise and it’s not always easy.”
