Choose Your Words Wisely
Once upon a time, an old man spread rumors that his neighbor was a thief. As a result, the young man was arrested. Days later the young man was proven innocent. After being released, the man felt humiliated as he walked to his home. He sued the old man for wrongly Accusing him.
In court, the old man told the Judge, “They were just comments, didn’t Harm anyone..” The judge, before passing sentence on the case, told the old man, “Write All the things you said about him on a piece of paper. Cut them up and On the way home, throw the pieces of paper out. Tomorrow, come back to Hear the sentence”.
The next day, the judge told the old man, “Before receiving the Sentence, you will have to go out and gather all the pieces of paper That you threw out yesterday”. The old man said, “I can’t do that! The wind must have spreads them and I won’t Know where to find them”.
The judge then replied, “The same way, simple comments may destroy the honor of a man to such an extent that one is not able to fix it. The old man realized his mistake and asked for forgiveness”.
Moral: Do not malignant or blame anyone without knowing the fact or a truth. Your words may ruin someone’s reputation without any fault of theirs.

Every teenager at the mean time is going through so much of heart breaks, depression, anxiety, loneliness, and other mental problems. Our society think that all of this came out cause 'those teens out there are so much influenced' by the outside world. They're too addicted to the culture of western society. They forget about their true identity, they forget about their own culture and brings many foreign things to their lives. Well, people may think that's the real problem, or that's the problem at all. They never see the part of missing lane in the roads of the teens journey, they never wanted to accept they brought a lot of pain to the teen community by ignoring, just to listen their mind, they always use the word 'አትፈላሰፍ' when their young children tries to speak what's on their minds. They don't understand the difference of generation, they want to raise us as in the way our grand generation raised them; but, how could that be possible?
We need your assistance rather than avoiding us.
We need your understanding rather than your judgements.
We need your full attention rather than separation.
We need to be saved rather than ignoring our problems.
We really want to speak about everything with our parents, elders, and someone who knows more than us. Yes, we do. But the question is, are you ready to listen? It's possible you hear the whole word I said, and yet you always misunderstood my ideas cause you weren't ready to listen!

One day while hanging out with my friends some guy I don't know came over and told me for the past couple of minutes he's been watching me cover my mouth when I laugh and that I should never do that because I have a beautiful smile. I never covered my mouth ever since. That's an impact! You might think you don't matter enough to make an influence but I'm telling you No! Someone now doesn't wear make up to hide their freckles because you told them they're naturally stunning, someone hears a song and is reminded of you, someone went to a place you recommend and found their sanctuary, someone tried on a dress and felt beautiful because you complimented them on it. Someone thinks of you and smile because you placed a good memory. Someone now is less insecure because you made a passing comment that made them feel better about themselves. These might be small instances but the biggest subject is usually hidden beneath a million smaller ones. You do have an impact, you do matter! So keep leaving marks of kindness wherever you go.
