“Good things happen if you wait”
Most people are waiting for a miracle. The lottery tickets. There is no such thing as luck. Luck happens after you put in the work. Things don’t come to you unless you go after them. Start chasing. Stop waiting.

We are all trying to get to the next level..with out the next level finding us.
Its like, life is peaks & valleys & some people think that & explain that as good times , bad times BUT i actually think it's
LEARNING ➡ MASTERSHIP
STUDY ➡️ MASTERSHIP
God's intention is that we studyand master a bunch of different things and the once you learn and you go through that, you are on topof another one ...So i would just ENCOURAGE every body never be afraid of knowing lets not be MEDIOCRE in our GREATNESS you know what i mean, like think BIG and think in DOSES, think in EXPERIENCES and do not be afraid of experiences ,that teache you!

Who's the character you're playing in..in this movie called "YOUR LIFE" ?
Your life is your movie !
Its your production !
Its your story !
And
You're actually the producer, director, screen writer and you are also supposed to be the "STAR" of this production called "YOUR LIFE"!!
The question is, who's the character that you are playing in this movie?
Is it the roll of the EXTRA?
...or is it the roll of the STAR, WHO YOU WERE MEANT TO BE ?
Its a powerfull thing to tink about it specially considering that you want something significantly more right now but, lets look and turn ...
...'whats happening in your life right now ? Are things the way you really want them to be ? If not change it !'

Here an advice for today...
1. Make Peace with Imperfection: Accept it as natural in yourself, others and systems(govt etc).
Elimination of the need for perfection allows you to discover perfection in life itself.
2. Gentle, Relaxed People can be Super achievers: Fear, stress drain enormous amount of
energy. When you have inner peace, you are less distracted by wants, desires, needs,
concerns. You focus on achieving goals.
3. Be Aware of Snowball Effect of Thinking: The more absorbed you are in the details of
whatever is upsetting you, the worse you feel. Avoid mental rehearsal of things to be done.
Detect and avoid snowball effect at the earliest.

OVERDOSING ON SEROTONIN
Have you ever heard about the effects of kindness on your brain?
science of kindness in The Power of Intention. It goes something like this:-
Serotonin is the drug that makes you feel good. It’s what all the pharmaceutical companies pump
into those wonderful little anti-depressants. It’s also a little drug God decided to pump through our
brains when we do things he/she/it likes. It’s kinda like a little reward for good behavior, ya know?
Anyway, get this: When you do something kind for someone else, the person you’re helping has
serotonin released in her brain—she feels happier. And so do you.
Good news! Two more serotonin-induced happier people in the world! Woo hoo!
But the most incredible thing is this: not only do you and the person you helped feel better, so
does some random person who happened to watch your act of kindness.
Amazing…
I like serotonin. You? I say we overdose today. :)

Enlightenment
A beggar had been sitting by the side of a road for over thirty years. One day a stranger walked by. "Spare some change?" mumbled the beggar, mechanically holding out his old baseball cap. "I have nothing to give you," said the stranger. Then
he asked: "What's that you are sitting on?" "Nothing," replied the beggar. "Just an old box. I have been sitting on it for as long as I can remember." "Ever looked inside?" asked the stranger. "No," said the beggar. "What's the point? There's nothing in there." "Have a look inside," insisted the stranger. The beggar managed to pry open
the lid. With astonishment, disbelief, and elation, he saw that the box was filled with gold. I am that stranger who has nothing to give you and who is telling you to look inside. Not inside any box, as in the parable, but somewhere even closer: inside
yourself. "But I am not a beggar," I can hear you say.
Those who have not found their true wealth, which is the radiant joy of Being and the deep, unshakable peace that comes with it, are beggars, even if they have great material wealth. They are looking outside for scraps of pleasure or fulfillment, for validation, security, or love, while they have a treasure within that not only includes all those things but is infinitely greater than anything the world can offer.
