23. Spend Some Time Everyday To Thank Someone : Gratitude and peace go hand in hand. Do it as many times as you can. But at least 1st thing in the morning. This is an absolute must.

If you are reading this right now you're probably going through a break up whether you were the one who ended things or you were the one to receive the news ......🤔 well i just want you to know that all these heavy overwhelming emotions you are feeling are valid and in no way does it mean that you are dramatic or overreacting ..by now im sure you're tired of hearing that everything is going to be okey, Although that is true, it doesn't make what you are feeling any less painful. It doesn't think people truly understand how much a heart break can affect a person unless they have been through it themselves and even then no one can judge you
i feel like there's this expectation where we have to just accept what happened and move on BUT ... in reality we all know its easier said than done . This connection and this person meant something to you . You are not expected to heal from this overnight take as much time as you need to find your self again and remember that crying, feeling frustrated or angry doesn't make you weak it makes you human so ...HANG IN THERE💪
