1. Intelligence Quotient (IQ):
this is the measure of your Comprehension ability to
♤Solve maths
♤Memorize things and recall subject matters.

2. Emotional Quotient (EQ):
this is the measure of your ability to
♡Maintain peace with others
♡keep to time
♡Be responsible
♡Be honest
♡Respect boundaries
♡Be humble, genuine and considerate

3. Social Quotient (SQ):
This is the measure of your ability to build a network of friends and maintain it over a long period of time.

People with higher EQ and SQ tend to do well in life than those with high IQ but low EQ and SQ.
Look around you, are the rich in society the most brilliant or the most persistent?
That's a question to be answered another day...

Most people with higher IQ end up being employed by peolpe high EQ and SQ. You probably know of such instance at your place of work.
I'm not saying possessing a high IQ is a bad thing but we( schools) focus more on developing ones IQ whiles neglecting the rest of the Qs. Forgetting that they complement one another.
¤ Your EQ represents your character and your SQ represents your charisma and these help you to manage situations better.Imagine what one can be when they learn to blend all together.

4. The Adversity Quotient ( AQ):
This is one's ability to go through rough time in life and emerge as a victor or being persistent in the face of adversity
Let's not focus solely on IQ but integrating all Qs to work together for a full functioning being and society

⚡️By doing so, we prepare the next generation for the road rather than preparing the road for the next generation.

63. Practice Ignoring Your –ve Thoughts: We will always have both +ve and –ve thoughts, and much more of the latter. You can’t avoid that. What is important is what we do with them. Ignoring them is far better strategy than analysing them. Giving attention is allowing them to hurt you. No one can hurt you without your consent.

Hard gets such a bad rap. Yet when it comes to a project or a workout or a relationship or a life, in my experience it’s the doing of that which is difficult that delivers the most valuable results. Elite performers practice enjoying the doing of difficult things.

There is a lot of talk about being present or being in the now these days. While most people understand the basics of what that means (not to think about the future or live in the past), the work that we practice can offer a completely different understanding of the concept.
