If you want to apply as a regular degree-seeking student but unenrol after a semester or two, without studying for the whole degree, you will still need to fulfill all the requirements that other degree-seeking students face. Please note that all Bachelors at the HU are run in German.

I apologize for the delay in responding; it is the end of our semester here and quite busy. It is just unimaginably horrible what is happening, and I am so sorry to hear (part of) how you've been affected. 

It would be a travesty if you're able to attend but for the fees. So I hereby invite you to register as an online participant and simply select the radiobox that says (something like) "I have successfully paid the fee...". 

When your registration comes through, I will mark it as compatible with the ledger. I hope this helps a little.
