አዲስ አበባ ዩኒቨርሲቲ በ2016 የትምህርት ዘመን የ12ኛ ክፍል ማጠናቀቂያ ፈተና ወስደው 500 እና ከዚያ በላይ ውጤት ላስመዘገቡ 200 ተማሪዎች በውድድር ነፃ የትምህርት ዕድል እንደሚሰጥ ዛሬ መግለፁ ይታወቃል።

እንዴት ማመልከት ይችላሉ?

በ2016 ዓ.ም የ12ኛ ክፍል ፈተና ወስደው ከ500 በላይ ውጤት ያመጡ የተፈጥሮ እና የማኅበራዊ ሳይንስ ተማሪ ከሆኑ ያመልክቱ።

በ https://portal.aau.edu.et በመግባት Apply for Admission የሚለውን በመጫን መሰረታዊ መረጃዎች ከሞሉ በኋላ Sponsorship ለሚለው Government Scholarship የሚለውን በመምረጥ Other Reason ለሚለው “more than 500 and above” በማለት በክፍት ቦታው ላይ በመፃፍ የ12ኛ ውጤት ያስመዘገባችሁበትን የሚያሳይ ማስረጃ ማያያዝ ያስፈልጋል፡፡

For UAT test Takers:Items Prohibited in the Testing Room

Test security is our priority! In the testing hall, it is important to be aware of the materials that are prohibited to maintain a fair and standardized testing environment. 
The following materials are typically prohibited:

-Electronic devices: These includes cell phones, smartphones, tablets, smart watches, laptops, and any other electronic devices that can store or access information.

-Internet access: Devices or tools that provide internet access, such as Wi-Fi routers or portable hotspots, are not allowed.

-Communication devices: Any device capable of communication, including but not limited to, headphones, earphones, Bluetooth devices, or any other device that can transmit or receive information are prohibited.

-Books, notes, or study materials: 
Bringing books, notes, textbooks, 
handouts, pamphlets, scratch papers or any unauthorized study materials into the testing hall is prohibited.

-Unauthorized calculators: Test taker are not allowed to use scientific and programmable calculators.

-Unauthorized aids: Any additional 
aids, such as rulers, protractors, 
compasses, or formula sheets should not be brought into the testing hall

[EXAM RELATED “TO DO / NOT TO DO LIST” FOR STUDENTS]
(Examination)

BEFORE THE EXAM BEGINS

👉🏿 Arrive at the designated room well in advance of the exam start time.
👉🏿 Students will enter the room about 10-15 minutes before the exam.
👉🏿 Don’t bring mobile phones to exam rooms. 

UPON YOU ARRIVAL

👉🏿 Make sure that you have your student IDs in hand and should be left on the desk during the whole exam period.
👉🏿 If, for reasons beyond your control, you bring mobile phones to exam rooms, switch-off and keep away from you. the switched-off mobile should be kept in a space located by the invigilator. 
👉🏿 Respect the invigilator’s decision of arranging student seats.
👉🏿 Use the washroom before the exam starts.

PERMITTED MATERIALS

👉🏿 Respect the invigilator direction on what you can keep or use for the exam (e.g., calculator, or blank sheet, etc.).
👉🏿 Students under any circumstance cannot carry or keep mobile phones in their pockets.

DURING THE EXAM

👉🏿 No students should be permitted to leave within the first half hour.
👉🏿 No students should be permitted to enter after the first half hour.
👉🏿 If you notice behavior that suggests cheating immediately inform the invigilator.
👉🏿 If a student is caught cheating or working form mobile phones, appropriate action includes confiscating the exam along with any unauthorized material and information the student use/carry. 
👉🏿 The implicated student(s) should then be directed to report to the PECC head.
👉🏿 The penalty imposed may involve a minimum of one year until a permanent suspension from the University depending on the level of the mishap.

AT THE END OF THE EXAM

👉🏿 Make sure that you check for all personal items.
👉🏿 Make sure that you signed the exam attendance sheet. 

DURING AN EMERGENCY

👉🏿 If there is an emergency in the exam room such as a student falling ill, consult the exam invigilator to determine the correct course of action.

NOTE

👆🏿 Any exam-related misconduct will result in disciplinary actions in accordance with the University’s rules and regulations. Consequences may include suspension from the University for up to two years.
