The Grand Ethiopian Renaissance Dam is finally complete. Congratulations!
Now, Ethiopia’s energy potential has reached a whole new level. Instead of selling this power cheaply, we can leverage it for government-led Bitcoin mining. This approach can quickly close the foreign currency deficit gap while generating returns that could build multiple dams in a very short time.
Project Mano, initiated by Paulos Yibelo, is an open-source initiative offering detailed research on how Ethiopia can harness Bitcoin mining to overcome the FX shortage. With minimal investment, the country could generate billions in revenue in a relatively short time.

Ancient Encryption
Soldiers once used a stick cipher: wrap a sheet around a stick, write the message, then unwrap it into gibberish. Only the same-sized stick could reveal the text.
But it has many vulnerabilities. One of them is that it creates spacing patterns between letters. Once you identify the gap for the first meaningful word, you can use that spacing to find the rest. What other vulnerabilities have you noticed?
