Verklaring van President Poetin en de veiligeheidsraad van 25 september 2024
Op 25 september 2024 gaf president Vladimir Poetin een openbare verklaring over nieuwe regels voor het gebruik van kernwapens door Rusland. Deze verklaring werd afgelegd tijdens de speciale bijeenkomst genaamd de Permanente Nucleaire Vergadering.
De punten van zijn opmerkingen zijn als volgt;
De concept principes van het gebruik van kernwapens zijn uitgebreid tegen ‘agessieve’ staten en militaire allianties, in relatie tot, nucleaire afschrikking kan worden uitgevoerd.
Agressie tegen Rusland door een niet-nucleaire staat, maar met de deelname of steun van een andere nucleaire staat (VS), wordt beschouwd als hun gezamenlijke aanval op de Russische Federatie.
Het gebruik van kernwapens is een extreme maatregel om de soevereiniteit van Rusland te beschermen.
Het zal worden gebruikt in het geval van agressie tegen Rusland en ook Wit-Rusland, als de vijand, met behulp van conventionele wapens (zoals lang afstandwapens), een kritieke bedreiging vormt.
Rusland zal ook rekening houden met de nieuwe technieken en wapens (drones) , militaire bedreigingen en risico’s voor Rusland en zijn bondgenoten.

Hezbollah security sources have informed Press TV that Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah, leader of the resistance movement, is in a secure location and has not been harmed by the recent Israeli airstrikes on the southern suburbs of Beirut.
This statement follows rumors circulating on social media suggesting that Nasrallah was targeted during the Israeli regime's large aerial assault on the Dahiya neighborhood of southern Beirut on Friday.
Reports also said Sayyed Hashem Safieddine, head of Hezbollah’s Executive Council was safe, with Iran’s Tasnim news agency citing informed sources in Lebanon as saying that no Hezbollah commander was martyred in the Israeli terrorist attacks.

Hezbollah has launched dozens of missiles at an Israeli airbase as well as an illegal settlement in the northern part of the occupied territories after Israel carried out multiple airstrikes targeting residential apartment buildings in southern Beirut in an attack described as “unprecedented.” The Lebanese resistance movement said in a brief statement that its fighters fired a barrage of Fadi-3 missiles at the Ramat David base and airport, situated around 45 kilometers (28 miles) from the Lebanese border, on Saturday morning.

Hezbollah mourned on Saturday Secretary General Sayyed Hasan Nasrallah who embraced martyrdom in the Israeli strike on Beirut’s southern suburb, Dahiyeh, on Friday.
The Lebanese resistance group’s Media Relations announced Sayyed Nasrallah’s martyrdom as it published the following statement:
His eminence, master of the resistance, the righteous servant, has passed away as a great martyr, leader, hero, wise and faithful. He joined the convoy of martyrs of the eternal luminous Karbala in this divine path which echoes the path of martyred prophets and Imams.
Sayyed Nasrallah joined his martyred comrades whom his eminence led throughout 30 years from a victory to another. He succeeded his predecessor, the Master of Islamic Resistance’s martyrs (Sayed Abbas Al-Moussawi) in 1992, until the 2000 Liberation and the Divine Victory in 2006 as well as all the battles of dignity and loyalty, reaching the heroic battle in support of Gaza, Palestine and the oppressed Palestinian people.
We offer condolences to the Master of the Age, Imam Mahdi (may Allah hasten his reappearance), Supreme Leader Imam Sayyed Ali Khamenei, our great scholars, nation of resistance, the patient people of Lebanon, the entire Muslim Ummah (nation), the free people across the world and his noble family.
