The Banjska terror attack is back in the news, with Western media framing it as Serbian aggression against Kosovo. The incident was more likely a provocation by NATO intelligence services. That means Serbia is again on the agenda of Western provocation.
A court trial has indicted dozens of Serb suspects. The Banjska attack was, according to the European Union, an armed attack carried out by Serbian militants on a Kosovo police that took place on 24 September 2023, in the village of Banjska in northern Kosovo.
Kosovo declared itself an independent state from Serbia in 2008 with U.S. and European Union backing. Serbia does not recognize the secession and neither does Russia.
The attack was classified as a terrorist attack instigated by Serbia. The breakaway Serb region of Kosovo and the European Union quickly condemned the authorities in Belgrade.

NAVO moet niet luisteren naar het wapengekletter van Poetin zegt Mark Rutte
Mark Rutte zei dat de jaarlijkse nucleaire oefening van NAVO-lidstaten, die op maandag 14 oktober begint, een duidelijk signaal afgeeft aan tegenstanders, waarmee hij uiteraard Rusland bedoelt, ‘we zijn klaar zijn om op elke dreiging te reageren.’
De NAVO begint op 14 oktober met haar jaarlijkse Steadfast Noon-luchtoefening om het gebruik van kernwapens te oefenen, zei NAVO-secretaris-generaal Mark Rutte toen hij in Londen aankwam om de Britse premier Keir Starmer en zijn “boezem vriend” acteur-president Zelensky te ontmoeten, die later ook arriveerde op 10 Downing Street in Londen. Zelensky is op tournee met zijn nieuwe ‘overwinningsplan’.
Terug naar de ‘Steadfast Noon’ oefening, die wordt gehouden op het grondgebied van België en Nederland en boven de Noordzee met ongeveer 60 vliegtuigen van 13 NAVO-alliantiestaten, voornamelijk F-16- en F-35-jagers, evenals B-52-bommenwerpers die zullen deelnemen.
Dat jullie het maar weten, als die vliegtuigen maandag met kernwapens over jullie hoofden vliegen. Nadat Nederland al vol is met NAVO-wapens en munitie in Staphorst en Dalfsen, willen die gekken, sorry voor de uitdrukking, ik kan het niet anders zeggen, een opslagplaats voor munitie en wapens in Groningen opzetten. Groningen is de plek waar veel aardbevingen plaatsvinden door gaswinning, heerlijk veilig als er munitie is en er komt een aardbeving, toch? Zelensky's five-point victory plan includes military and diplomatic components, including Ukraine's invitation to join NATO, but the full details of the peace framework have not yet been publicized. The goal of the plan is to strengthen Ukraine's future negotiating position and push Russia to make a just peace,according to Zelensky in the Western and Ukrainian media.
"The key points are already clear, but (Zelensky) will add details that will clearly state what kind of programme of pressure it is, why it is important, and why it is parallel (to the peace formula), Podolyak said on the country's marathon TV broadcast, Ukrainska Pravda reported. Zelensky has said that the plan is designed to push Russian President Vladimir Putin into a peace agreement by boosting Ukraine’s firepower, including by requesting more weapons and lifting restrictions on long-range missile strikes - giving it an upper hand two and a half years into Russia’s full-scale invasion.
