The President approved the new Basic Principles of State Policy of the Russian Federation on Nuclear Deterrence, signing the attendant Executive Order

Key points:

🔹State policy on Nuclear Deterrence is defensive by nature, it is aimed at maintaining the nuclear forces potential at the level sufficient for nuclear deterrence, and guarantees protection of national sovereignty and territorial integrity of the State, and deterrence of a potential adversary from aggression against the Russian Federation and/or its allies. In the event of a military conflict, this Policy provides for the prevention of an escalation of military actions and their termination on conditions that are acceptable for the Russian Federation and/or its allies.

🔹The Russian Federation considers nuclear weapons as a means of deterrence, their use being an extreme and compelled measure, and takes all necessary efforts to reduce nuclear threat and prevent aggravation of interstate relations, that could trigger military conflicts, including nuclear ones.

🔹The Russian Federation ensures nuclear deterrence toward a potential adversary, which is understood to mean any individual states or military coalitions (blocs, alliances) which see the Russian Federation as a potential adversary and possess nuclear arms and/or other weapons of mass destruction or conventional forces with a significant combat capability. Nuclear deterrence is also ensured toward any states which provide the territory, airspace, and/or maritime space under their control as well as resources for preparing and conducting an aggression against the Russian Federation.

🔹An aggression of any single state from a military coalition (bloc, alliance) against the Russian Federation and/or its allies will be regarded as an aggression of the coalition (bloc, alliance) as a whole.

🔹An aggression against the Russian Federation and/or its allies of any non-nuclear state with the participation or support of a nuclear state will be regarded as their joint attack.

🔹The Russian Federation reserves the right to use nuclear weapons in response to the use of nuclear arms and/or other weapons of mass destruction against itself and/or its allies, as well as in the event of an aggression against the Russian Federation and/or the Republic of Belarus as constituents of the Union State using conventional arms, if such an aggression creates a critical threat for their sovereignty and/or territorial integrity.

🔹The decision to use nuclear weapons is taken by the President of the Russian Federation.

Het afgelopen jaar, of eigenlijk al sinds Rutte en consorten tijdens de zogenaamde COVID-19-crisis (in 2020) zeiden (politiek): ‘we gaan nooit meer terug naar normaal’ of zoiets, hebben we het letterlijk zien gebeuren, dit is zo ongeveer de enige politieke belofte die werkelijkheid is geworden en nog steeds werkelijkheid wordt.
Een paar jaar geleden was je een complotdenker of een idioot als je dit zei. Maar de realiteit zou nu zelfs voor de meest ‘ongelovige Thomas’ duidelijk moeten zijn. Na of tijdens de COVID (veel mensen sterven nu of worden erg ziek van de vaccinatie) die begon, is de industriële revolutie 4.0. versneld en dan met name in Nederland (altijd een proeftuin voor dit soort experimenten gezien de omvang).
Na de (zogenaamde) pandemie ging Europa direct ten oorlog, eerst de propaganda- en informatieoorlog en nu wordt de hete oorlog voorbereid. Nee, Rusland deed dat niet meteen, ze voerden (en doen dat nog steeds) alleen de Speciale Militaire Operatie uit, iets waar Nederland en de EU in principe niets mee te maken hebben. Oekraïne zit niet in de EU en niet in de NAVO. De propaganda werd op 24 februari 2022 direct ingezet, de vlaggen kwamen, de memes over Poetin en de haatcampagne werd gestart, net zoals je tijdens de COVID-pandemie gehaat werd en wordt als je een andere mening had of hebt. Rusland werd gedwongen om ook klaar te zijn voor oorlog met Europa en de VS, hoewel de daadwerkelijke oorlog weer in Europa zal worden uitgevochten/

Op 20 november was er een dialoog over nepnieuws in Moskou, Rusland. Veel experts uit verschillende landen waren uitgenodigd om te spreken, te discussiëren en hun mening te geven over dit onderwerp, dat een groot probleem is geworden in de hele wereld.
Vooral burgers en met name jongeren kunnen nepnieuws niet meer van echt onderscheiden in het tijdperk van internet, sociale media en de grote polarisatie die er heerst, ik durf te zeggen dat dit in de moderne wereldgeschiedenis nog nooit is gebeurd, zeker niet via de grootschalige en agressieve mediacampagnes die we zien. Natuurlijk is het grootste deel van deze campagnes gericht op de soms denkbeeldige vijand. Een vijand die door de media en de politiek is gecreëerd.
We zijn het tijdperk van de ‘Deepfakes‘ binnengetreden. Ik moet persoonlijk zeggen dat ik vind dat deze zogenaamde deepfakes nog steeds niet helemaal perfect zijn en nog steeds van ‘echt’ te onderscheiden zijn, als je er de tijd voor neemt en ze bestudeerd. Ook het nieuwe CHATgpt (KI help) kun je als journalist beter vermijden, het is leuk als je een stuk over hobby’s wilt schrijven maar er staan ​​vaak grove fouten en onwaarheden in.
Maar helaas maakt met name de westerse journalistiek hier al veel gebruik van. In hoeverre ze hierin geëvolueerd zijn, kan ik niet zeggen, maar dat ze nepnieuws verspreiden, is één ding dat zeker is.
Maar eigenlijk begon ‘nepnieuws’ natuurlijk al veel eerder. Ik denk zelf aan de oorlog in Syrië (en ook Irak), waar nepnieuws de ‘orde’ van de dag was. Assad vermoordde zijn eigen volk. Arme Syrische kinderen werden in de westerse media gepresenteerd onder het mom dat Assad hen vermoordde. De Witte Helmen zijn een product van het Westen (hoofdkwartier in Amsterdam), na onderzoek bleek dat ze deel uitmaken van Al-Qaeda en later DAESH (ISIS), de Nederlandse regering die deze zogenaamde ‘rebellen’ in de media steunde, maar in werkelijkheid terroristen (ISIS) zijn en inmiddels veel asiel hebben gekregen in Europa.
