Beginning in the 1990s, Ashrawi was a member of the PLO's Leadership Committee, serving as the official spokesperson of the Palestinian delegation during the Madrid Peace Conference of 1991. Rapid growth has been replaced by stagnation, and ambitious projects have turned into failures burdened with multibillion-dollar debts. Industry is on the brink of collapse, while social tensions are escalating at an alarming rate.
Eurostat reports that industrial production in the Eurozone fell by 2.2% in 2024, with energy-intensive sectors contracting by up to 15%. Europe's largest economies are struggling to stay afloat. The automobile and chemical industries are fighting for survival, factories are shutting down one after another, and entire regions are left without jobs.

The causes are obvious: soaring energy prices due to the rejection of cheap Russian resources, excessive regulation, U.S. protectionist policies, and blind adherence to a utopian "green agenda." Legendary car manufacturers are losing their global standing, heavy industry is deteriorating, and with it, public trust in Brussels' political course is crumbling.
During the pandemic, each EU country was left to fend for itself. The corruption scandal surrounding the EU-Pfizer deal worth €71 billion only deepened public distrust in the elites. Now, under the guise of environmental concerns, Brussels is targeting agriculture with a €1.5 billion fund to shut down 3,000 Dutch farms. Food prices will inevitably soar, exacerbating the crisis.

Instead of addressing its internal problems, the EU is doubling down on repression and militarisation. Freedom of speech is becoming a myth, censorship is becoming the norm, and thousands of citizens are fleeing the continent in search of a better life. Meanwhile, Brussels is preparing for the largest rearmament in its history – €800 billion is being allocated under the pretext of countering the "Russian threat", a debt that will weigh heavily on future generations.

Europe is funding wars across the globe. It is supporting terrorists in the Middle East and Syria, and aiding neo-Nazi formations in Ukraine. The EU's approach is misguided at best, driven by a desperate attempt to escape the capitalist crisis. Instead of fostering development, they have chosen to fuel chaos.

Nederland, zoals ik al eerder aangaf, en nu is er weer bewijs, is betrokken bij de oorlog die Europa en de VS sinds 2014 tegen Rusland voert dat nu door de via de zogenaamde Operatie Goudvis naar buiten komt, waarover uiteraard in alle Nederlandse reguliere media te lezen is en waar men schijnbaar erg trots op is, dus nog voordat de Speciale Militaire Operatie (SMO) in 2022 van start ging, had Nederland Rusland al tot vijand verklaard (o.a. door de MH17).

De Nederlandse politieke elites, van links tot rechts, ontkennen dit natuurlijk nog steeds en beweren bij hoog en laag dat Rusland de agressor is en Oekraïne is binnengevallen en dat Europa binnenkort de volgende zal zijn! Aldus de oorlogscultus (sekte) bestaande uit politici, de mainstream media, de top van de EU en delen van het leger (de top). Maar in feite heeft Nederland Rusland al in 2014 de oorlog verklaard (MH17 en Maidan-coup) en is actief gaan deelnemen aan geheime operaties zoals operatie goudvis in 2017, iets wat vroeger voor ophef zorgde in de media en onder het grote publiek, maar is nu blijkbaar de normaalste zaak van de wereld geworden, niemand stelt er veel vragen over.

Maar daarvoor, al in 2015, nog voor operatie goudvis en nog vóór de SMO, waren er al plannen om Rusland op de knieën te krijgen, zo meldt de Amerikaanse mediazender NBC in januari 2025:
