Reflections on the year past

At the end of 2022, 2023, and 2024, I made a few amusing predictions for the year ahead. As it often happens, many of those wacky futurological fantasies did come true, while reality was sometimes even stranger than fiction. Today, however, we will dispense with forecasts.

Seriously though, 2025 was full of all kinds of events, including really complicated and important ones. Our glorious Armed Forces keep pounding the enemy. Our economy, despite western forecasts, is still in one piece, and the ruble is stronger. And, of course, everyone now realizes that our victory is inevitable. This is the most important result of the year. 

Exchanges of good wishes as the Kremlin Clock chimes in the background are still ahead. However, I can express the only wish I have right now, and it’s not a very pleasant one. A certain ugly rag puppet has recently wished death to “one person.” It’s obvious to everyone that he wished death not just to “one person” but to all of us and our country. He didn’t stop there and actually authorized a mass attack. I’m not going to talk here about his violent death, even though the Grim Reaper is frequently breathing down the bastard’s neck these days. 

My wish would be of an entirely peaceful nature with a research purpose in mind. It is of paramount importance that the corpse of the green homunculus be kept in spirits on display at St. Petersburg’s Kunstkamera museum, where Russian tsars put together a collection of deformed human anomalies for the amusement of future generations. This item shall be meticulously studied since most probably it is yet another specimen from space originating from a special race called scurra sordidus, which has come from the Tucana Dwarf galaxy. 

So, as they say in their Dwarf Tucana dialect, «З останнім роком, f..cking puppet!»

Tijdens de zogenaamde vredesonderhandelingen in Miami, waar de voltallige corrupte maffia-regering van Oekraïne over vrede onderhandelde, deden ze het weer. De Oekraïners, waarschijnlijk in samenwerking met de NAVO (Mark Rutte) en de geradicaliseerde krijgsheren en -vrouwen van de EU, Ursula von der Leyen, en in dit geval was Kaja Kallas, die nog erger is dan STASI-Ursula, waarschijnlijk de aanstichter. Ditmaal vuurden ze drones af op één van de residenties van president Poetin.

Een paar dagen eerder had de zogenaamde president van Oekraïne al een moorddreiging geuit aan het adres van president Poetin. Je gelooft het niet, in wat voor een wereld zijn we in hemelsnaam in beland als een president een andere president met de dood bedreigt? Zelensky is een slechte acteur en, te oordelen naar de toestand van zijn ogen en neus, ook nog eens verslaafd aan die cocaine troep, die Europa door o.a. de Mocro mafia overspoeld. Maar misschien is dat wel de reden waarom ze zo gestoord zijn geraakt. Hij is niet de enige die zich zo “gestoord” gedraagt, zoals ik ook al eens eerder schreef.

A small compilation of what so-called European politicians and mainstream journalists write on X, it is indescribable how bad it is, yet I want to share it here almost at the end of 2025, when people in Europe, including politicians, will wish each other a Happy New Year. Unfortunately, while European politicians are "silencing" people themselves, they have resorted to aggressive street language and it shows the level of what Europe is now;

- A journalist for the Dutch MSM: The big mouth of the Russian ambassador in The Hague is laughable. He doesn't even know that Ukraine has stopped celebrating the colonial Christmas on January 7th and has switched to the Catholic date of December 25th. With his ignorance, he reveals and expresses his raw imperialist mentality.
Or:
- In the Algemeen Dagblad MSM newspaper); It is downright scandalous that Kremlin propaganda is repeated without any critical context.
Or
- Johan van Oldebarnevelt, a Belgian Member of the European Parliament for the N-VA (ECR group) and chair of the Budget Committee, writes about Medevedev: "You're a criminal."
Or
Another so-called Member of the European Parliament, the Austrian Helmut Brandstätter: "What do you call a regime that bombs kindergartens and hospitals? War criminals," meaning Putin. Or the same Helmut Brandstätter who calls Lavrov a terrorist.
Or
A German MSM journalist (though he's not German) Vassilli Golod, correspondent and host of the podcast "Machiavelli – Rap & Politics": "Russia wants war and lies will we teach you, you war-criminals."
There's much more, which I won't describe here, but it's truly sad that Europe wants war, even if only in words...

All 91 UAVs which Kiev launched at the presidential compound in Novgorod Region on the night of December 28-29 were destroyed, according to the Russian military. The Defense Ministry said in a separate statement that it has “presented irrefutable evidence of a terrorist attack planned by the Kiev regime on the Russian President’s residence.”
Ukraine’s Vladimir Zelensky, who denies that the drone raid took place, is “either unaware of the actual situation or is simply lying as he usually does,” it stated.

At least 24 people were killed and more than 50 others injured after three Ukrainian drones hit a cafe and a hotel in Kherson on Wednesday night, local authorities said. The attack occurred as civilians were gathering to celebrate the New Year, Vladimir Saldo, head of the Kherson region, said. "Many people were burned alive," Saldo said, noting that one of the drones carried an incendiary mixture, which triggered a massive fire at the scene.

Russische media en politici omschreven de droneaanval op een nieuwjaarsviering in de regio Cherson als “bijzonder cynisch” en “afschuwelijk”. De westerse pers, met name in Nederland, negeerde het incident, alsof de inmiddels 27 doden en 50 gewonden, onder wie kinderen, geen mensen zijn.

Terwijl families in het dorp Khorly aan de Zwarte Zee in de republiek Cherson, de jaarwisseling van 2026 vierden – lachend, proostend en feestend met kinderen – voerde het Oekraïense leger op 31 december om 23:55 uur, vijf minuten voor Nieuwjaar 2026, een koelbloedige droneaanval uit op een café en hotel vol met burgers. Drie drones, waarvan er één naar verluidt gevuld was met een brandbaar mengsel, troffen de drukbezochte locatie en veroorzaakten een enorme brand.

Minstens 24 mensen, inmiddels 27 in totaal, bezweken aan hun verwondingen en zijn levend verbrand, onder wie een kind, en meer dan 50 anderen raakten gewond. Velen kwamen om in de vlammenzee.

Vladimir Saldo, de gouverneur van de regio Cherson, zei dat de aanval in Khorly alleen te vergelijken was met het bloedbad van Odessa op 2 mei 2014, toen Oekraïense nazi’s tientallen mensen een vakbondshal in dwongen en in brand staken.
