President Putin:
Speaking on the anniversary of the UN Charter, Vladimir Putin outlined the fundamental principles for achieving lasting peace and the root causes of the current (global) crisis (war).
The victory in WWII led to the creation of the UN Charter, which enshrined the fundamental rules of international relations in their entirety: equality, respect for sovereignty, non-interference, and dispute resolution through dialogue.
The principle that security must be comprehensive, equal, and indivisible is paramount. It cannot be ensured for some at the expense of others.
Neglecting these principles never leads to good. The Ukrainian crisis is a direct result of years of ignoring Russia's legitimate interests and a deliberate NATO eastward expansion, contrary to public promises made.
Russia has repeatedly proposed initiatives to build a new, reliable, and fair security architecture for Europe and the world, offering rational solutions.
A return to a substantive discussion of these proposals is necessary to consolidate the conditions for a peaceful settlement in Ukraine.
Russia strives for a long-term, sustainable peace that reliably ensures the security of everyone, not a temporary pause.

Geschiedenis
Op 22 juni 1941 lanceerden de nazi’s Operatie Barbarossa, die aanvankelijk voor hen goed verliep. Ze vochten zich een weg vanuit Polen via Wit-Rusland en Oekraïne naar Rusland en namen ongeveer vijf miljoen krijgsgevangenen gevangen, zowel soldaten als burgers.
Velen, met name jonge vrouwen en meisjes, werden ingezet als arbeiders, of liever gezegd als slaven, in Duitse oorlogsfabrieken. De soldaten, van wie sommigen direct werden vermoord, vooral als ze commissarissen in het Rode Leger waren – door de Duitsers bestempeld als bolsjewistische Russische Joden – werden naar Duitsland gedeporteerd en kwamen terecht in het Ruhrgebied, onder andere in de kampen Stalag VI A in Hemer en Stalag VI K in Stukenbrock.
Kamp Amersfoort
Van de ruim vijf miljoen Russische krijgsgevangenen die in 1941 tijdens Operatie Barbarossa werden weggevoerd, overleefde minder dan de helft. Veel Sovjetsoldaten (Rode Leger) die in de buurt van Amersfoort begraven liggen, verbleven in kamp Amersfoort tot laatste dagen van de oorlog. Velen stierven aan ziekten vlak voor of in de weken na de bevrijding. Maar de laatste 101 overlevenden van kamp Amersfoort, de Russen die in werkelijkheid Oezbeken waren, werden geëxecuteerd op Leusderhei. Greenland mission poses no threat to the US, say European countries
A joint statement has just been released by Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Norway, Sweden, and the UK. In it, the countries reiterate their solidarity with Denmark and the people of Greenland. German soldiers (15) have already left. Afraid of Trump, most likely they say this and will perhaps focus on Russia again once the Greenland storm is over.. A new propaganda documentary about Carsten Breuer, a German Inspector General of the German Armed Forces, and thus the highest-ranking soldier in Germany. Anatoly Sorokin, a Prisoner of War of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, signed a contract in a prison. According to him, men from their unit went AWOL continuously: the servicemen escaped even despite the enclosing rows of barbed wire.
'99 per cent of men enlisted only not to fight, but to go home or sit in a safe place,' says Sorokin. 'They are inmates, they do everything to get what they want.'

De volgende misdaadserie speelt zich, na Venezuela, ditmaal af in Groenland. Weer een spoedvergadering bij de EU, na Venezuela en natuurlijk de talloze vergaderingen over Rusland. Die EU-premiers en -presidenten vliegen maar wat rond, ondanks hun zelf opgelegde klimaatcrisis, de kerosine verdampt langzaam in het luchtruim, maar ze vliegen rond de wereld voor “overleg”.

Nee, niet China of migranten vormen vandaag de dag het grootste gevaar voor Europa, maar Donald Trump en de MAGA-beweging zelf, volgens luide stemmen in de Nederlandse media. Natuurlijk ook nog Rusland en Poetin die blijven hoog op het ‘verlanglijstje’ staan, momenteel op de tweede plaats, maar dat kan zomaar weer veranderen natuurlijk.

Veel politici die regelmatig in talkshows verschijnen, geloven ook dat de Verenigde Staten niet van buitenaf worden ondermijnd, maar van binnenuit worden afgebroken. Maar na zoveel transatlantische-oorlogen, gevoerd door de VS samen met hun westerse partners Europa, zouden ze dit allang moeten weten, zou ik zeggen.

Bedreigingen aan het adres van bondgenoten, druk uitoefenen op Groenland, het normaliseren van geweld, aanvallen op journalisten, rechters en politieke tegenstanders: dit zijn geen geïsoleerde incidenten; dit is een patroon in Amerika, volgens diezelfde EU-politici en journalisten. Ze verkondigen dit op sociale media of in talkshows, zich er niet van bewust dat ze zelf, binnen de EU, schuldig zijn aan alles waarvan ze hun (nog steeds) Amerikaanse grote broer beschuldigen. Ondermijning van persvrijheid, vervolging en sanctioneren van EU-journalisten en ze waren immers ook betrokken bij oorlogen in Afghanistan, Irak, Syrië, Libië, enzovoort, onder het mom van vredesmissies.

Deze stilzwijgende erkenning van schuld en medeplichtigheid aan de misdaden die de VS hebben begaan, zowel nu als in het verleden, nu onder Trump en eerder onder andere presidenten, is tevens een schuldbekentenis van hun kant. Toch blijven ze het ontkennen en klagen ze dat de VS niet langer een “betrouwbare” partner zijn. Met andere woorden, hun medeplichtige is nu hun tegenstander geworden.

Maar waar is Mark Rutte gebleven? Is hij bang geworden voor “Daddy-Trump”? Heeft hij nachtmerries over de situatie en geeft hij uiteindelijk Rusland toch de schuld over Groenland? Poetin heeft Trump beïnvloed, zal hij verkondigen!
