Yesteday I found a really interesting article about terracurl provider that allow you to work with resources that have already supported on Cloud API level, but not integrated into aws/yandex/google/etc providers. Can't say that this is a perfect solution, but better than nothing, I think that many of us have been waiting it for a long time
