Эстонские волонтеры из "Североатлантической организации дружбанов" (NAFO 69th Sniffing Brigade) демонстрируют внедорожник собственной прокачки - NAFO Truck 2.0 для украинских бойцов. "Наши пикапы NAFO - это не просто обычные машины, они специально оборудованы для работы в сложных условиях на поле боя", - отмечают дружбаны. На "Тойоте" установлена глушилка дронов, камеры ночного видения, специальные дополнительные антигрязевые шины, огромный блок питания в багажнике, позволяющий заряжать одновременно несколько батарей для дронов, и многие другие фичи, которые были добавлены не "с потолка", а по просьбам и в прямом контакте с украинскими солдатами. Как отметили авторы обзора, в Украину поставлено уже 350 пикапов второй версии.

В швейцарском Берне задержали местного жителя, 36-летнего Джона Нейдхарта, который два года воевал в рядах ВСУ в Украине против русских оккупантов. Мужчина намеренно решил сдаться в полицию, чтобы накануне Саммита мира, который будет проходить в Швейцарии и тем самым привлечь внимание общества к теме российско-украинской войны.

«Я с нетерпением жду своего ареста. Я принял решение бороться за Украину, а значит, за демократию. Если вы действительно хотите помочь Украине, вы должны дать ей возможность победить русских. Вы должны сначала сломать русских, прежде чем вести переговоры с ними, а не наоборот», — сказал он журналистам перед своим арестом.

Военная служба в пользу иностранных государств является незаконной в Швейцарии. Нейдхарту грозит несколько лет тюрьмы. Кантональная полиция была поражена, поскольку таких случаев еще не было, чтобы человек, который знает, что получит наказание за наемничество, сознательно позволил себя арестовать и пригласил на это событие журналистов.

До войны в Украине Джон Нейдхарт работал учителем и является набожным христианином. Когда РФ напала на Украину, это его очень шокировало, он снялся с регистрации в Швейцарии и записался в "Интернациональный легион" в Украине. Принял участие в боях за Бахмут, контрнаступлении под Харьковом, в битве за Купянск.

Позже он написал книгу о своих двух годах войны и признался, что очень полюбил Украину. Нейдхарт подчеркивает, что не боится тюрьмы, так как после ужасов фронта это пустяк. Он подчеркивает, что несмотря на заключение никто не может лишить его убеждения, что он сделал единственно правильную вещь, даже если швейцарское военное право видит это иначе.
