As an apprentice at Google, you will join a program that aims to provide the skills you need to become a Software Developer professional. You will join a team at Google and will be assigned a manager for the duration of your 24-month apprenticeship. The program can include 2-3 rotations and you will be supported day-to-day by a host for each of them. You will start in October 2023 with a 6-month offsite training with our educational partner, FIT (Fastrack to Information Technology) in a dedicated technology center.

Всем привет, я - Екатерина, ваш добрый трекер :)

Я сейчас повышаю квалификацию как трекер в школе Евгения Калинина ( один из основателей ФРИИ, Россия), ищу команды для отработки насмотренности и проведения диагностических сессий. Условие участия - есть запрос или готовность в него покопать, есть первые продажи, есть амбиции;)
В чем ценность трекера: помогает предпринимателю структурировать мышление и сформулировать цели, найти главное ограничение на пути к ней, быстро генерить и проверять гипотезы, эффективно использовать фреймворки ( HADI-цикл, ABC-cегментация, CustDev, воронки продаж и т.д.), увидеть ситуацию как оно есть на самом деле и держать фокус на том, что важно.
Когда нужен трекер: когда не добегаете до целей, когда бизнес стагнирует или наоборот, неуправляемо растет, вы уже не стартап, но еще не корпорация, но очень хотите, когда вы погрязли в операционке, да просто хочется с кем-то про бизнес поговорить, потому что кажется, что что-то не так, но еще не поняли что.

Почему я: 15+ лет опыта работы в ИТ, из них 8 - в крупнейших международных компаниях - SAP, Microsoft, Softline. Прошла путь от консультанта отдела продаж/inside sales до бизнес девелопмент менеджера в новых для компании нишах с глубоким погружением в операционные процессы и их изменение. Большой опыт межкомандного взаимодействия. Ключевые компетенции – построение воронки продаж, анализ процессов, поиск узких мест, генерация и проверка гипотез, построение дерева метрик и т.д., если вы внутри корпа - то помощь в подготовке с переговорами со стейкхолдерами и продажа необходимости изменений внутри компании.

По образованию я инженер-системотехник, в прошлом году получила степень по организационной психологии, MA in Counseling. В трекинге объединяю любовь к бизнесу и людям с 2021г. В Казахстане, Астана, я уже 3ий год, поэтому Наурыз кутты болсын!
