Role Overview
We’re looking for a Research Lead who can own projects end-to-end — from concept and client engagement to analysis, insights, and final storytelling.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead research projects from idea to delivery
• Convert complex data into clear, compelling insights
• Work closely with clients and partners
• Prepare reports and visuals
• Support business development and new opportunities
• Coordinate events and report launches
Requirements
• 5+ years in research, consulting, strategy, or analytics
• Strong understanding of tech/fintech/startup landscapes
• Excellent writing and communication skills (Eng/Ru)
• Ability to build clear narratives and visuals
• Proactive, structured, independent mindset
