Data Engineering Zoomcamp – Telegram
Okay it looks like there are quite a few people who still want to submit their projects

So here's attempt #3 for you

https://courses.datatalks.club/de-zoomcamp-2025/project/project3

Have fun!

Note that if you improve your project and submit it one more time for a third attempt, it will be considered self-plagiarism and will result in disqualifying you from the course

Don't do it

Next week we will have a workshop about Apache Airflow 3

It's not a part of the course, but may still be useful for you if you want to learn more tools after the course

The deadline for submitting peer review (attempt 2) is tonight - don't forget to do it!

Also, it's important to update your name in the enrollment profile - we will use it for the certificate. We will not regenerate certificates if you forgot to update your name

We scored project 2. Congratulations to 202 people who passed!

Also, peer review assignments for project 3 are available - go to the course management platform to find out which projects you need to evaluate. Remember that peer evaluation is mandatory for passing the project and receiving a certificate

Have fun learning from your peers!

Please make sure your name on the certificate is correct

We will only regenerate the certificates once when the next batch graduate

You can do it here: https://courses.datatalks.club/de-zoomcamp-2025/enrollment

(You need to be logged in)

This process is manual, so we won't be regenerating certificates again, just once

We want to update modules on dbt, streaming, and maybe others too

Please write to Alexey in slack

Also, next week on Tuesday (16:30 Berlin time), I'll do a workshop on creating a deep research agent

Like with any AI project, most of the work is spent on data engineering:

- reliably downloading trannoscripts
- ingesting them into elasticsearch
- making the database available for the agent to use

That's what I'll focus on in the workshop - building a reliable data pipeline. But I will also show how to build the agent
