"When someone lashes out on you or acts unconsciously....If you can remember that they are just reacting through societal conditioning or earth traumas instead of taking it personal, you will only feel compassion and unconditional love for their perfect journey.
This is how we become unified/loving humans. It always starts with you.
True love never hurts. The pain you feel is expectations of how someone should act, be, or feel. It triggers unrealistic assumptions of a certain outcome Which creates disappointment.
Empathy sees through the eyes of the person in front of us WHO IS US seeing and experiencing through a different lens. A conscious human sees everyone's higher aspects working through them for their highest good and allows them to work through their own "inner stuff" in their own divine timing. In another now moment they are healed and whole. Holding that vision instead of going into victim mode and reacting to them working through their own "stuff" is unifying the field you are both playing in together. It will allow them the opportunity to feel the unified field of Christ consciousness and remember who they truly are.
This is how we change the world. WE CHANGE OURSELVES and that creates a ripple effect in the Quantum realm that will then be available for all to access."

"I’m an energy reader, feeler, seer. I can feel the emotions behind the words one speaks or writes, and often I know what a person is feeling before they are even aware of the feeling themselves. It’s a weird gift I have. With that said, let’s talk about the energy behind an untruth when someone says “I’m sorry”.
-First is the encoding of the word. Sorry is said to have originated around the 13th century, to mean “distressed, grieved, full of sorrow”. The German use was akin to “full of sores”. Around the 18th century, the word began to be used to express an apology to another… Now let’s get weird - words are spells right, they carry the intention behind its creation of the person who created it. But they can also change based on the intention of persons using it. In its creation it wasn’t necessarily a fun word (distressed)…and with a little mind expansion you can see the fun they were having when they began using it to express an apology in the late 1800s. My brain jokes at the thought “I am full of sores at your plight”.
-Second is the calling in of your I AM - your state of being. Have you recognized that sometimes you may feel sick but don’t get knocked down until you say aloud “I am sick”? And then you are down for the count. Had you said “I am healing” instead, would you have ever gotten sick? Same principle with the word sorry. Have you noticed that when you say it that you often end up saying it many many more times. Situations begin to arise where you are saying “I’m sorry” for every situation. Are you truly calling in reasons to be full of sores? Or distressed so much that you must continue to apologize for it?
-Third, try “I apologize” instead. Or become a master of intentions and reclaim the word altogether. Recode the phrase “I’m sorry” to mean “I apologize”. Apologize (the word) doesn’t have any negative repercussions to me, not that it’s a pure word…it’s just one that others have found difficult to taint with their own intentions…so, to me, the use maintains authenticity.
Your I AM state is amazing, glorious, fantastic, worthy, beautiful. Call in those positive words when utilizing I AM. You’ll begin to see those positive things manifest around you.
Should someone use I’m sorry with you when it isn’t warranted, kindly tell them that they are amazing and have nothing to apologize for. Should someone offend and they say “I’m sorry”, you can change that energy with your intention by simply saying “I accept your apology, thank you”. Because once spoken the energy is out there, but you don’t have to take on that energy yourself (I’m sorrys can be heavy energy for the recipient too!). Transmute it into love, fun, peace, joy…
Switch those words, and manifest a life without sorry as your state of being. You deserve that."
