"Does anyone else feel like all these things that are done to supposedly create more convenience/make life easier are actually creating more inconvenience?
Like the increased reliance on our phones/technology.

It's really because you can't create something of value from a place of avoidance and resistance (or fear).

It would be more valuable if we would simply deal with inconveniences as part of life, instead of trying to weed them all out and thus creating even bigger issues...
And this goes for so many things.

If change doesn't come from a place of inner alignment first it only perpetuates the problem.
This is why it all starts within, it's all about our own consciousness.
Nothing outside can permanently change for the better if it isn't first dealt with within.
