Breathing technique

3-6-9

Calm anxiety. Bring balance and attunement to the nervous system. Allow stagnant emotion to flow and alchemize.

1) Inhale for 3 seconds.

2) Hold for 6 seconds. Conscious mind, flow to what you’d like to release (example “stress”). Relax the stress areas of the body.

3) Exhale for 9 seconds. Shrugged the shoulders and release down the shoulders, while exhaling, allowing the flow of releasing down to continue through the body, downward, after the shoulders hit bottom.
