In this 1987 interview, John Lear shares what he learned from his research into UFOs and much of it is very relevant to recent disclosures. First, he cites the research of Leonard Stringfield that many UFOs piloted by Gray aliens have crashed and been retrieved corroborating recent whistleblowers such as David Grusch. Second, he says that US Presidents are given only partial briefings and that a committee, MJ-12 runs ET related projects. This is supported by leaked Majestic documents. Third, the retrieved alien spacecraft are too difficult to reverse engineer. This is contrary to the claims of William Tompkins et al., that reverse engineering of alien spacecraft by the US Navy was very succesful by the 1970s, and fleets of antigravity spacecraft were built in Utah in the 1980s. Finally, Lear says about 90% of extraterrestrials are hostile and cites researchers such as Budd Hopkins and Linda Moulten Howe to support this. In contrast, he dismisses contactee stories of friendly ETs such as Billy Meier's on the basis that the negatives of his photos were not made available. Lt Col Wendelle Stevens told me how photo development shops used by Meier were compromised by the CIA to take/destroy negatives and swap out some genuine photos with hoaxes. Lear should have known this due to his CIA contracting work. Currently in Egypt, doing research on ETs living among us. I visited Kom Ombo which is the Temple of Sobek and Horus. I had not heard of Sobek, the crocodile-headed god who was a benevolent entity that supported human evolution.
