Many are speculating about this AI-generated video featuring Donald Trump talking about medbeds that appeared on his Truth Social Media account at 10 pm on Sept 27 and was then taken down. Legacy media is pointing out that it's all fake and there's no truth to Medbed technology.

On the contrary, medbed technology is very real and has been discussed by multiple secret space program insiders starting with Randy Cramer in 2014, who described how it replaced limbs that were lost in a space battle etc. Others such as Tony Rodrigues, JP, Daryl James, etc., have similarly described encountering such advanced healing technologies in SSPs.

Total blackout continues from six Mars orbiters of what's really happening with 3I/Atlas as it passes its perihelion with Mars. Amateur astronomers were able to process data from the Mars Perseverance Rover that gave low resolution images of 3I/Atlas on Oct 3/4, but high resolution images from the orbiters have still not been released.
