Phantom’s integration of Blinks looks more concrete.
They give an example URL:

And apparently you can create custom pages like this with:
https://dashboard.dialect.to/actions
Appears that the biggest draw here is that if you either:
(A) view twitter from within the Phantom wallet while this new feature is enabled, or
(B) view twitter while their browser extension is installed,
Then you can apparently do these swapping / voting / etc actions from on the twitter feed, without having to go to a separate site.
