Then simply ask yourself “Last times conditions Y happened, did X happen next?”
Then,
If conditions Y never happened before, then the whole claim is junk, find a better Y.
If Y happened just 1 time before, and what happened is not the opposite, then the whole claim is junk, find a better Y.
If you are incapable of finding a better Y then you’re not fit for this game and so gtfo before you wreck yourself further.

Now of course 98% of the population is physically incapable of forcing themselves to ask themselves this simple question unprompted:
