Dude got famous for seeing what is the biggest nonsense he could get accepted into leftist academic journals
Now he’s trying to see what’s the biggest nonsense he can get accepted by the right
Not really working at all this time around, but guess you can’t teach an old dog new tricks

Reminds me,
Noticed since years ago that the entire concept of businesses or organizations “acting professional”, stoic, not emotionally sensitive to insults, etc.
— and particularly in the cases where they clearly have the upper hand over some individual or customer,
— Seems to be a 100% American concept, virtually non-existent, alien to the rest of the world?
What’s worse, is that those on the receiving end of it fully see it as the right way to behave.
Long attributed this strange business culture difference in behaviors to the relatively commie stance of much of the outside-US world,
i.e.
Commie way = “the collective should be regarded as superior to the individual”
vs
Anti-commie way = “individual should be generally regarded as superior to any collective”
But tbh, doesn’t seem that adequately explains it
What is for sure,
NOTHING has convinced me more, that 99% of the world are literally “sh$thole countries”,
— Than personally seeing how wildly “unprofessional”, child-like, local businesses and organizations behave, around the world
Not the clearest example of this, and you rarely see because they try to only behave this way among each other, and not when interacting with outsiders, but you probably get the idea.
Sh$thole countries, because they cannot stop themselves from acting like sh$thole countries.
(This especially applies to European businesses and organizations I’ve seen, not sure about Asian)
