They’re saying that Pumpfun created an “unrealistic expectation of profit” when promoting $PNUT

…when that “unrealistic expectation” turned out to be literal reality…

Ok, their core implied argument is, essentially,

= (1) Pumpfun is “gambling”, rather than a “game of skill”

— So the real problem is that Pumpfun will be fighting a core belief of a dominant religion here

One of the core beliefs of the left is that all wealth can only ever be accumulated either by theft or gambling luck

Never by merit, i.e. skill

To say that winning pumpfun can be acheived through objective skill is to commit hearsay against one of the most cerntral beliefs of the left

Note that legally, typically — That some people use a game of skill for gambling does NOT turn it into gambling.

Rather just there just has to be, in principle, some way to win at the game without relying on chance, for it to be a game of skill rather than gambling.

Likewise, when you look deeper, it recites another of the left’s religous beliefs

= (2) That these coins never have any real value

Again, easy to show this to be total nonsense on its face,

But all the valid arguments in the world won’t matter to them, because the left takes these beliefs on religious faith.
