Upsides:

+ Same basic structure as the $BOME presale, an actual “fair launch” — unlike horribly structured pumpfuns, which are easily sniped and not remotely “fair” at all

+ Given the huge amount raised could have hugely thick liquidity and legitimately attract a Binance listing immediately IF these guys did everything right and are not morons — I.e. it actually very likely IS in their rational self-interest not to scam here… assuming they’re not total morons — but, some people are total scaming morons to the core, some people hold a zero-sum world belief no matter what, so who knows for sure what they’ll do

+ The raise shows the right basic classic shape — of an increasing amount being raised as the end nears

Main downsides:

+ ZERO reputational liability — unlike the BOME presale. They’ve invested zero reputation into this, and came out of nowhere, unlike $BOME had

+ ZERO assurances at all about what % they’ll put into the pool or buybacks or anything project related — which has become a big problem for some of these recent pure-meme ones

+ Very sus launch timing — Far more scam projects than legit projects choose to launch when the market conditions (e.g. fear & greed index) are bad, though supposedly these guys had been planning a launch since October? Still sus
