But now FINALLY GPT-5 is near

All expecting a HUGE step forward with GPT-5, in large part just due to the primary “bitter lesson”

“bitter lesson” = model IQ scales with the log of the input compute resources, all else being equal, and no amount of tricks is enough to bypass the fundamental need for huge input resources

— and GPT-5 will FINALLY be a new model that they put BIG compute resources into training,after refusing to do so for all these years since GPT-4

= GPT-5 expected to be a massive step forward, finally

Bad prioritization of causes

This is DESPITE that any secondary causes might or may not be totally legit and very important — doesn’t matter, they should still be secondary

Top priority MUST always be explicitly anti-communist, or else everything gets subverted

How the priority-shifting subverting goes:

(1) Pivot: First they shift the goal from anti-communist Jan 6th retribution to clear the institutions of the institution-hijacking commies, to instead be some anti-Israel cause

(2) Undermine pivot: Then it’s realized, oh wait, can’t really wage much lawfare on the anti-Israel protestors, so that cause ends up not getting much done

(3) Total subversion: So in the end nothing of substance gets done, everything gets subverted, all traced back to the initial goal subversion

= Top priority MUST remain the anti-communist cause, NO MATTER WHAT, no matter even if the other causes have heavy overlap, or else everything eventually gets trivially subverted
