A protest in Salt Lake City turned deadly when a man in a neon vest shot the wrong person.
39-year-old Arthur Folasa Ah Loo was simply standing nearby when a self-declared “peacekeeper” opened fire on a man brandishing an AR-15.
1 bullet hit the suspect. Another struck Ah Loo - fatally.
Now, the “peacekeeper” is in custody.
And the man with the AR-15? He’s been charged with murder.
