Somehow, 2 young girls survived - found clinging 30 feet up in a tree after being swept away near the Guadalupe River.

Israel will send draft notices to 54,000 yeshiva students and toughen penalties for draft dodgers.
The move follows a Supreme Court ruling that ended long-standing military exemptions for ultra-Orthodox men.
